We are happy to fully refund your purchase if desired, and ask that you contact us within 14 days of receiving Tessy & Tab to initiate a full refund.  We will then email you a mailing label for shipping the box back at no cost to you. You will need to ensure that the complete program is included in the box, with all books and every piece returned. Once we receive the box and verify that all books and pieces of the program are included, we will issue a full refund to the credit card used in the initial purchase.
